What this site collects, and what it doesn't.

The early-access forms send your email address, plus your name and your message if you fill those in (both optional), plus a short label naming which page the form was on. The Let's talk contact form requires a name, an email and a message, and takes an optional company name.

An early-access submission also carries any utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign values present in the page URL, and your browser's referrer — the page you arrived from — so we can tell which pages bring people here. There is one hidden anti-spam field that only automated bots ever fill in.

Your browser posts the form directly to admin.spawnit.ai/api/leads — our own back-office application, not a third-party form service. It is stored there as a contact record with the fields above. A Let's talk submission also triggers an email notification to us, sent through Resend, our email provider.

Because that is a request to a server, the server sees your IP address. It is used to rate-limit submissions (five per ten minutes) so the form cannot be flooded.

• No analytics, tag manager, tracking pixels or session recording. There is no third-party script on any page — you can confirm that with View Source.
• This site sets no cookies of its own, and writes nothing to your browser's local or session storage.
• No advertising networks. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
• Fonts are served from this domain. Your browser makes no request to Google Fonts or any other font host.
• No third-party embeds — no YouTube or Vimeo players, maps, chat widgets or social iframes. The only video on this site is a file served from this domain, and it downloads nothing until you press play.

Each page does open an early connection to admin.spawnit.ai so that a form submission is fast when you make one. That is a connection handshake only — nothing about you is sent unless you submit a form.

This site is served as static files from DigitalOcean App Platform, with DNS and CDN through Cloudflare. Like any web host, they handle the request metadata needed to deliver a page — your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the URL you asked for.

We use it to reply to you, and — if you asked for early access — to tell you when the Windows build is ready, along with occasional product updates. Nothing else.

Ask us to send you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and we will: [email protected]. When we do start sending product updates, every one will include a way to stop receiving them.

This page describes the website only. The Spawnit capture app and the guide portal at app.spawnit.ai handle data separately from this site and are not covered here. The marketing site offers access requests only; it serves no installer and creates no portal account.

For the record: the capture app records your clicks, keys and scrolls, a screenshot per step, and the name of the UI control wherever the application publishes one. Continuous silent screen video is optional and off by default. It captures no audio, no microphone and no webcam.
