Bigger team, procurement questions, or a pilot?
What exactly gets captured?
Spawnit records the task as silent screen video, plus your clicks, keys, and scrolls, the semantic name of the UI element behind each step (with a coordinate fallback), and a screenshot per step. It does NOT capture audio, your microphone, or your webcam.
Where is my data stored, and can I keep it on my own infrastructure?
By default your screenshots and video live in your Spawnit workspace. On paid plans you'll be able to route assets to a storage bucket you control, so they land in infrastructure you own.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. When paid plans launch, they'll be month-to-month or annual — cancel anytime from your account in the portal. The Free plan never expires.
What counts toward my plan limits?
The main limit is the number of guides you keep. Free includes up to 10 guides; Pro and Team are unlimited. Viewing or sharing a guide link doesn't count against anything.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free is planned at $0. The packaging shown here is product direction; public access is currently available by request rather than purchase or download.
